Serves
4
Ingredients
½ lb. Charlie's Pride Pastrami, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. Curry powder
1 can Beef gravy
4 Beef burgers, seasoned with salt & pepper
8 Texas toast slices, toasted
1 Tbsp. Butter
4 Eggs
Directions
  1. Toast curry powder in a pan on low heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add beef gravy, stirring thoroughly until fully incorporated; set aside, but keep warm.
  2. Preheat a sauté pan over medium heat. Add seasoned beef burgers, getting a nice sear on one side, then flip burgers and add a delicious stack of sliced pastrami to each.
  3. Once burgers are cooked, remove from heat and place each on a slice of Texas toast.
  4. Using the same pan, add butter and cracked eggs, cooking until whites are fully cooked and yolk is still runny.
  5. Drizzle curried beef gravy generously over each Charlie’s Pride Pastrami stack, then blanket with a cooked egg. Top each with remaining slice of toast, then open wide for a celebration of flavors! Enjoy!
