Pastrami Calzone

Bring the tantalizing aroma of the pizza oven to your kitchen with this mouthwatering calzone made with Charlie’s Pride Pastrami, layers of Swiss and mozzarella cheeses, dill pickles and spicy brown mustard, all wrapped in tender pizza dough brushed with garlic butter and baked to a golden brown.

Ingredients
1 lb Charlie's Pride Pastrami, thinly sliced
  Pan spray
1 pkg Raw pizza dough
¼ cup Dill pickle chips
2 Tbsp Spicy brown mustard
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp Minced garlic
2 Tbsp Melted butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.  On a baking sheet prepared with pan spray, lay out flat pizza dough.  Place filling ingredients over just half the dough, leaving about an inch clear around the edges.  Start with pickles, followed by mustard, then pastrami, ending with the cheeses.  Fold uncovered dough over filling and press edges firmly to seal.  Mix garlic with melted butter. Brush calzone top with garlic butter, poke with a fork to release steam, then bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Buon appetito!
